You'll be asked to fill out a simple worksheet and e-mail, mail or fax it back to us. (Also, if you are able to send pictures of the room via regular mail or digitately, and/or any swatches indicating furniture or wall color, this will only help us understand your space more clearly.) After that, sit back, relax and well do the rest.
Upon the worksheets & material review....
- You'll receive a detailed e-mail or phone call to discuss your needs and what type of arrangement options are available for your scenario.
- Based on that conversation, you'll receive an information packet with pictorial arrangement options, a sample kit of possible floral materials and detailed descriptions of possible container options. (All at no expense to you.)
- After you have made your choices the materials will be order and the piece will be designed.
- You will receive an e-mail notification that the arrangement has been completed. A picture of the arrangement will be included for your review. Modifications will be made as directed.
- After the design is approved and payment has been received, your arrangement will be shipped. You will also receive payment notification and shipment tracking numbers.
- A follow-up phone call will be placed within 1 week of receival to ensure customer satisfaction.
