Why should I use silk flowers instead of fresh flowers?

The quality of silk flowers have improved greatly over the last decade and in many cases are indistinguishable from their fresh counterparts. Click Here to review all the benefits that silk flowers provide.

Can I get a sample?

Yes! Sample Kits are just $10 and if you order with us, the $10 will be creidt to the order. Your request for a sample kit will provide you a complete kit that includes the exact flowers, foliage and ribbons in your arrangements.

We encourage sample kits for every order. Different monitors display colors differently, and many colors/fabrics display differently under different light conditions.  We cannot be held responsible if the "deep red" color you ordered looks black-purple in the candle-lit church or in your photography. 

How do I customize my flower order?
To customize your flower order just fill out the "Request a Quote" form and submit. Or call us at 304-707-5301 and we will be happy to work with you one-on-one to customize your flower needs.
What if I am not sure what flowers I want?
With so many options, it can be difficult to decide on what you want. You can browse through the Photo Gallery to review bouquets, ceremony and reception decorations. Read through one of our FREE flower guides. These guides include: Types of Flowers, Seasonality of Flowers, Bouquet Styles and the Meaning of Flowers
Can I see my bouquet before you ship it?
Yes. We will be happy to send you a digital photograph of your bouquet, via e-mail. You can critique and make adjustments before your order is shipped. Or for our local brides, we are happy to make a pre-view appointment with you.
Can I order my customized flowers on-line?
All bouquets in the on-line boutique provide you with a variety of customizing options. If for some reason, you do not see the option you would like, please e-mail us at sales@bloomedtolast.com. Ensure to include the product name. We are happy to work with you to help create the perfect bouquet or accessory.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Sooner is always better. However we recommend at least 3 to 6 weeks before your event. Orders will be shipped as soon as there are complete and average a 2-4 week turn around.

Payment
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, &  Paypal.
Can I pay by phone, fax or mail?
Yes. Credit Card payments may be made by phone, or fill out our credit card authorization form and return via fax or e-mail.
When will my credit card be processed?
Your credit card will be processed when all items have been confirmed for availablity and your entire order is processed.
Do I have to have a Paypal account to pay for my order?
No. We use Paypal 's secure payment processing system to process your payment . We take all forms of credit. However, if you have a Paypal account you may also use this for your payment.
Can I pay in installments? Yes. We are happy to work out a payment schedule that works for you. However, 50% of your total balance must be reached before supplies are order and the final balance must be satisified before your order will be shipped.

Shipping Information
How long before I will receive my order? Domestic orders typically take 4-7 business days.

How will my order be sent? All domestic orders are sent FedEx Ground, unless other arrangements have been made.

How will I know what the shipping charges will be? Shipping charges are applied based on a purchase amount of the order. All orders over $300 receive FREE shipping.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We are happy to ship your flowers anywhere in the world. Please e-mail us at sales@bloomedtolast.com for an estimate. Please be sure to include the full address information with zip code.

Return/Cancellation Policy
What is your return policy? To make a return a Return Authorization code is necessary for to process your order. Please e-mail us for the RA number. Returns without a RA# will NOT be accepted. All return claims must be made within 10 business days of order receipt. Please note; shipping will NOT be refunded. Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition. There are no refunds for "Sale Items", "One of a Kind", or "Custom Orders".
What is your cancellation policy? If for some reason you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. Will be happy to cancel your order and provide a refund. Payment will be refunded based on the following criteria.
  • No supplies ordered - Full Refund
  • Supplies Purchased - Full Refund minus 20% restocking fee.
  • Order Completed - 50% of Purchase Price

Color Matched orders are NOT Returnable.

What if an item arrives damaged? If an item is damaged, please call us or e-mail us within 10 business days of receipt. We will attempt to replace the item at no additional expense to you.
