Can I see my bouquet before you ship it?
|
Yes. We will be happy to send you a digital photograph of your bouquet, via e-mail. You can critique and make adjustments before your order is shipped. Or for bride in the local counties of McHenry, Lake or Kane of IL, we are happy to make a pre-view appointment with you. |

Can I order my customized flowers on-line?
|
All bouquets in the on-line boutique provide you with a variety of customizing options. If for some reason, you do not see the option you would like, please call us at 847-829-9219 or e-mail us at sales@bloomedtolast.com. Ensure to include the product name. We are happy to work with you to help create the perfect bouquet or accessory. |

How far in advance should I place my order?
|
We recommend at least 3 to 6 weeks before your event. Orders will be shipped as soon as there are complete and average a 2-4 week turn around. |

Will my bridal accessories come with my flower order?
|
Yes. We prefer to ship your order complete unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. |

When will my bridal accessorie order be shipped?
|
Items in stock will be processed within 2-3 days and then shipped. Bridal accessories with customized options may take up to 14 business days, before being available to ship. |

What if an item I have ordered is back-ordered or is no longer available?
|
You will be contacted immediately. At that time we will notifiy you of the expected availblity date for back-ordered items and alternatives for any discountinued item. If you choose to cancel the item we will update your order and e-mail you a new confirmation and a refund to your credit card will be processed immediately. |

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, check and/or money order. However, checks are subject to a 10 day waiting period before items are shipped. |

Can I pay by phone, fax or mail?
|
Yes. Credit Card payments may be made by phone, or fill out our credit card authorization form and return via fax or e-mail. Checks, or money orders may be received through the mail. |

When will my credit card be processed?

Your credit card will be processed when all items have been confirmed for availablity and your entire order is processed. |

Do I have to have a Paypal account to pay for my order?

No. We use Paypal 's secure payment processing system to process your payment . We take all forms of credit. However, if you have a Paypal account you may also use this for your payment. |

How long before I will receive my order?
|
Orders typically take 4-7 business days. |

How will my order be sent?
|
All orders are sent FedEx Ground, unless other arrangements have been made.

How will I know what the shipping charges will be?
|
Shipping charges are applied based on a purchase amount and described below. All orders over $300 receive FREE shipping.
- $ 0 - $ 50 = $5
- $ 51-$100 = $10
- $101-$150 = $15
- $151-$200 = $20
- $201-$300 = $25
- $300+ = FREE

Return/Cancellation Policy

What is your return policy?
|
All items are returnable for a full refund. A Return Authorization code is necessary for to process your order. Please call or e-mail us for the RA number. Returns without a RA# will NOT be accepted. All return claims must be made within 10 business days of order receipt. Please note; shipping will NOT be refunded. Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition. There are no refunds for "Sale Items", "One of a Kind", or "Custom Orders". |

What is your cancellation policy?

If for some reason you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. Will be happy to cancel your order and provide a full refund. |

What if an item arrives damaged?
|
If an item is damaged, please call us or e-mail us within 10 business days of receipt. We will replace the item immediately and at no additional expense to you. |
