PRICING & ITEM NUMBERS

• Every Item in the catalog is available in singles or casepacks.
• Single quantity print catalog wholesale pricing is listed within the item number. The hidden price structure allows you the option to show the catalog to your customers.
• The item number is a 4 digit number, the first 2 numbers and the last 2 numbers. The price is hidden within the 9 digit number. You drop the front 2 numbers and the last 2 numbers. The center 5 is the price. For example, if the item number is 050630024, then the item number is 0524 and the price is 06300 or the wholesale price of $63.00.
• Casepack prices are discounted from the single price. Price breaks are available in 3, 6, 12 & 24 (See price guide)
• If you have an on-line account, wholesale prices will be shown, once you have logged in.
• Business may choose their own pricing, as long as they are not less than BTL retail pricing.

PLACING AN ORDER

• Call our toll free number 1-877-285-7455. Hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm & Saturday 10am to 2pm central standard time.
• Orders can be faxed to 847-930-3454, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

OPENING AN ACCOUNT

• Simply create an accont by logging on. A confirmation email will be sent to you once, your account is approved.
• New customers may fill out a credit application and it must be signed by you or an officer of your company.
• If you would like an “open account” please supply 3 current trade references, complete with account number, phone numbers, fax numbers and addresses, along with a completed Open Account request form.
• Initial orders must be paid with credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Paypal.
• All open accounts must leave a credit card on file, for delinquency over 60 days.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• Shipping is FOB to orders under $300. Free shipping for all orders over $300.
• Orders ship FedEx ground, unless otherwise specified. (Additional fees will apply)
• Orders are handmade in the USA and initiated when order is received. Average order lead time is 2-4 weeks. Rush orders are available and may be subject to additional fees. Please call customer service for assistance.

DROP SHIPMENTS

• Are available for all orders, an additional $3.95 fee will apply.
• Freight charges for any returns of a drop-shipped item shall be the customer’s responsibility.

TERMS

• Non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks will be charged a fee of $25.00
• Open Accounts are Net 30 (with approved references).
• Accounts with statements over 30 days will be considered delinquent and no further orders will be processed until account is made current. Accounts over 60 days delinquent will automatically have the balance charged to the credit card on file and will be switched to a credit card or cash only account status.
• Delinquent accounts are charged a 1.5 % interest fee each month until payment is received.
• If collection is made by suit, attorney fees and collection costs will be added to the amount due. Any credit balances not claimed after 9 months of account inactivity become the property of Bloomed to Last, Inc.

RESALE LICENSE

• A valid resale license is required for all dealers.
• All accounts must also provide a valid TIN or FEIN number.

RETURNS

• Merchandise is fully guaranteed.
• Exchanges, damages or returns must be reported within 10 business days or receipt.
• All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a RA# issued by customer service.
• Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Shipping costs for exchanged or returned items will be the responsibility of the shipper, unless due to the fault of Bloomed to Last, Inc.
• All products returned must be in resalable condition. No credit will be rewarded for items returned damaged or broken. All returns must be free of price stickers or markings. Any item that is made to order, such as custom bouquets are not returnable.
• Damaged items, upon arrival, will be replaced to you and no additional expense.

CANCELLATIONS

• If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. A refund will be provided.
• If the order has shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. All product cost shall be credited.

• Although every effort is made to ensure that the product you order is as it appears in the catalog, due to the availability of raw materials and then handmade natures of the items, variations and substitutions may occur.
• Bloomed to Last, Inc will not assume responsibility for variations in possible photographic or dyelot distortions.
• All lengths and sizes listed are approximate.
• Items may be discontinued or modified and prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
